COVID-19 RESPONSE

Sognatore would like to assure our valued clients that the health and well being of our staff and guests is our number one priority.
We would like to make you aware that we have implemented the following measures to ensure a safe environment.
 ~ We will thoroughly clean, disinfect and sanitize all salon surfaces and tools between each client.
 ~ We ask all clients to wear a face covering or mask that loops around the ears while in the salon. All staff will be required to wear mask and PPE.
 ~ Re-trained our entire staff on essential infection control and required cleaning, disinfecting and hygienic practices as required by our state board.
~ Removed any non-essential items throughout our business
 ~ Encourage our staff and clients to stay home if they are sick. We will not service anyone exhibiting COVID 19 symptoms. We will be temporarily suspending our cancellation policy.
 ~ Initiated contactless methods for scheduling and payment.
 ~ Practice social distancing of at least six feet when possible.

 ~ Setting up sanitizer stations at front desk and at each stylist station. We ask upon entering the salon that all clients use the hand sanitizer station.
~ Ask Clients not to bring anyone with them to their appointment unless it is medically necessary.
~ We will be temporarily suspending our beverage offerings. 
~ No hand shakes or hugs. We are happy to see you but please no contact  greetings.
~ Daily temperature checks on all staff members
